What is the duration of the show? The duration of the show is approx 1 hour 50 minutes, including an interval.
What is a concession? A concession is any child under the age of 2 - 15 and adults over the age of 65.
Is the show suitable for children? Yes, the shows are enjoyed by guests of all ages.
Is there wheelchair access? Yes, we are able to accommodate a limited number of wheelchairs at each performance.
Disabled Car Parking & Drop Off Disabled Car Parking and Drop Off facilities are available close to the entrance for each venue. Please follow signs or make your way to the Big Top Tent where attendants will assist you in parking.
Is smoking aloud in the tent? No, smoking is not permitted inside the tent or stables.
Do carer's get free admission? Yes, only registered carer's get free admission if they are with the person who they are caring.
Is there food and drink available? Yes, There is food available within the foyer as well as hot and cold drinks.
Is there a licensed bar? Yes, we have a licensed bar open during the performance – In the foyer, at the front of the tent. You are able to take your drinks into the tent. PLEASE NOTE WE DO OPERATE A CHALLENGE 25 POLICY IN OUR VENUE
What time can we get into the show? Our foyer is open 1 hour prior to the first performance. You will be allowed to take your seats ½ hour before the show is due to commence. On rare occasions, you may have to wait to be allowed to your seats due to a previous show over-running, please bear with us, as we will do everything we can to get you to your seats as soon as possible. Booking Fees Tickets booked through ticket agencies will be subject to their applicable booking fee.
Are the seat's numbered? Seats are not numbered, it is free seating in the section paid for.
Will my tickets be posted to me? If you have booked using any discount vouchers your tickets will NOT be posted to you, as proof is required. Please collect your tickets from the on-site box office taking with you your vouchers, credit card and reference number.
